Shipping and Returns
» General Shipping: We ship by UPS to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We process order every 30 minutes throughout the day. If you order by 2:30pm CT, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day.
Please call us at 1-480-951-2236 to place orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada.
» Additional Shipping Charges:Add $10.00 to regular shipping charges for each Wavemaster, BOB, Versaflex, Heavy Bags. Add $45 for the Speed Bag Platform. Add $50 for each Wing Chun Dummy. Add $5 to total order for an order with Bos. Add $5 for each Sword, Shinais. Add $5 for each Training Mat or Puzzle Mat.
Once your order is received we will respond to your request with an order total that includes the merchandise cost and shipping charges. If all charges are acceptable to you, then you may respond with your payment information; we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover credit cards, Customer is responsible for payment of duties and /or taxes.
» Shipping Tracking Information: If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your order when it is shipped. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information. Or login to your online account and review your orders place online.

Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

» Returns Policy: New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
» Books and DVD:
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.
